If SSL is not working or your website shows Not Secure, please follow the steps below to run AutoSSL.
First, login to the dotpapa Client Area.
After login, go to My Services.
Click on your active hosting service.
From the left-side sidebar, click on Login to cPanel.
You will be automatically logged in to your cPanel.
Now, scroll down to the Security section and click on SSL/TLS Status.
You will see a list of domains under your hosting account.
Make sure your domain name is selected (checked).
Click on the Run AutoSSL button.
AutoSSL will now issue and install a free SSL certificate for your domain.
This process usually takes 2–5 minutes.
Once completed, open your website using https://yourdomain.com and check if SSL is working properly.
