MX records control where emails are delivered.

 

Steps:

1. Go to DNS Manager

2. Click "Add New DNS Record"

3. Type: MX

4. Name: @

5. Value: mail.yourdomain.com

6. Priority: 10

7. TTL: 14400

8. Click Save

Common Email Services:

Google Workspace:

Priority 1: aspmx.l.google.com

Priority 5: alt1.aspmx.l.google.com

 

Microsoft 365:

Priority 0: yourdomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com

 

cPanel (dotpapa.com):

Priority 0: mail.yourdomain.com

 

Important: Delete old MX records when changing email providers.
