This guide explains how to create a new email account for your domain using cPanel.
Steps to Create Email Account:
1. Login to your cPanel control panel
2. Navigate to the Email section
3. Click on "Email Accounts"
4. Click "Create" button
5. Enter the email username (e.g., info, support, sales)
6. Choose your domain from the dropdown
7. Set a strong password or click "Generate" for automatic password
8. Set mailbox quota (recommended: 250 MB or Unlimited)
9. Click "Create" button
Your email account is now created and ready to use.
Accessing Your Email:
- Webmail: https://webmail.yourdomain.com
- Configure in email client: Outlook, Thunderbird, or mobile devices
Important Notes:
- Use strong passwords for email security
- Remember your email password for client configuration
- You can create unlimited email accounts based on your hosting plan
