If your hosting is with DotPapa, but your domain is registered with another company (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, BigRock, Hostinger, etc.), you can easily connect your domain to DotPapa hosting by updating the nameservers at your domain registrar.

Step 1: Update Nameservers at Your Domain Registrar

Login to the website where you purchased your domain and replace their default nameservers with DotPapa nameservers.

How to Update:

  1. Login to the domain provider (GoDaddy/Namecheap/Hostinger/etc.)

  2. Go to Domain Management

  3. Find the Nameserver section

  4. Select Custom Nameservers

  5. Enter:

    • ns1.dotpapa.com

    • ns2.dotpapa.com

  6. Save changes

Step 2: Wait for DNS Propagation

After updating nameservers:

  • Changes may take 10 minutes to 24 hours

  • Your domain will point to DotPapa hosting automatically once propagation completes

No additional DNS records are required unless you want to use custom configurations.
