Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered.
When a domain order is placed, the registration fee is immediately submitted to the domain registry. Domain registries do not allow cancellations, deletions, or refunds after a domain is registered. Due to this, we are unable to provide refunds for domain services.
Refunds are not applicable for incorrect domain names, spelling mistakes, wrong extensions, unused domains, renewals, transfers, or premium domains.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the domain name and extension carefully before placing an order. Any mistake made during the ordering process cannot be corrected through a refund.
